Joe Martin – Founder & Lead Instructor
With over 35 years of professional driving experience, Joe Martin has encountered virtually every driving scenario imaginable. His extensive experience in navigating hazardous winter conditions inspired the creation of Excell PDT — a specialized training platform designed to elevate safety standards and empower drivers with skills that go beyond the basics.
Joe is passionate about servant leadership and brings this philosophy into every aspect of training, helping drivers build not only technical skills but also discipline, confidence, and leadership.
Our Team of Performance Driving Specialists
Our team includes seven professional truck drivers with decades of combined experience. Each instructor has hands-on expertise in managing snow, ice, steep grades, and unpredictable weather — real-world knowledge that forms the backbone of our course development.
